The weekend begins with an evening welcome gathering under the stars. Chef Kevin and the Bar George culinary team present artfully crafted savory bites—including their signature gyro—paired with coastal-inspired cocktails and elevated zero-proof selections.
A guest DJ sets the soundtrack as guests gather seaside, easing into the rhythm of South Caicos and the start of an exceptional culinary journey.

DAY 2 — THE ISLAND EXPERIENCE
Friday, January 30 | Midday to Sunset
Private Cay Cook-Out
This is the heart of the weekend.
Guests are welcomed with a signature drink and Salterra straw hat before boarding boats to a secluded cay. Dress in relaxed linen and beach-chic style for a day designed around connection, flavor, and island ease.
Onshore, enjoy a three-course coastal feast featuring abundant shared boards, open-fire conch grilling, and vibrant island flavors. Palm-styled communal tables and bench seating create a laid-back yet elevated atmosphere.
The experience continues back at the resort with a beachside after-glow—fire pit moments, cheese s’mores and fondue, spiced rum Negronis, and the DJ carrying the energy into sunset.

DAY 3 — THE FINALE

Closing Night at Cobo Bar & Grill
An elegant conclusion to an unforgettable weekend.
Dress in white for a refined final evening beginning with welcome cocktails on the terrace, followed by Chef Kevin Ramaswamy’s five-course closing dinner. The evening’s centerpiece is his signature Beef Wellington, carved tableside for a dramatic and memorable presentation.
The celebration continues with music from the DJ, a sparkling fireworks moment, and a custom celebration cake to close the experience in true Salterra style.
