For the second installment of the Salterra Food & Wine Experience, we are honored to welcome Chef Kevin Ramaswamy of Montreal’s celebrated Bar George. This January, guests are invited to experience a series of refined culinary events that showcase Chef Kevin’s signature blend of British heritage and contemporary Québécois flair—reinterpreted through the vibrant lens of South Caicos.

Across three unforgettable days, Chef Kevin and the Salterra culinary team will present a curated lineup of experiences, including a seaside welcome soirée, an immersive island cook-out on a secluded cay, and an elegant white-themed closing night featuring a five-course dinner with signature tableside carvings. Crafted cocktails, zero-proof pairings, and thoughtfully designed moments throughout the weekend complement the culinary artistry on display.

Chef Kevin’s philosophy is rooted in authenticity, precision, and the joyful creativity that has shaped his journey from his family kitchen to leading one of Montreal’s most iconic dining destinations.
