Drawing from his two-acre farm in Homestead, Florida, Chef Niven transforms locally harvested produce into inventive, globally inspired dishes. Across immersive activations, guests will witness the journey from soil to plate, exploring flavors, techniques, and culinary storytelling that elevate farm-fresh ingredients into exceptional dining experiences against the serene backdrop of South Caicos.
