Friday | Arrival & Welcome Reception

Saturday | Island Cookout
An elevated beachside cookout pays homage to Caribbean tradition. Open-fire grilling, just-caught seafood, slow-roasted meats, and vibrant market vegetables are paired with premium rums and crisp whites. Barefoot luxury meets culinary theater.
Sunday | Chef Takeover at Brine
The residency culminates with a signature tasting experience. Chef Forte presents a multi-course menu inspired by the flavors of the region, reimagined with contemporary elegance. Optional wine pairings are available to enhance the evening.
