For the second installment of the Salterra Food & Wine Experience, we welcome Chef Kevin Ramasawmy of Montreal’s celebrated Bar George. Guests are invited to explore a reimagined menu that honors British culinary heritage while introducing contemporary Québécois flourishes. Over a series of immersive events, Chef Kevin, alongside the Salterra culinary team, will craft unforgettable dishes paired with curated cocktails and wines. This activation is a rare opportunity to savor both culinary expertise and inspired hospitality against the backdrop of South Caicos.

Experience the ingenuity of Chef Niven Patel, Michelin-awarded and four-time James Beard Semi-Finalist, as he brings his signature farm-to-table approach to Salterra. Drawing from his two-acre farm in Homestead, Florida, Chef Niven transforms locally harvested produce into inventive, globally inspired dishes. Across immersive activations, guests will witness the journey from soil to plate, exploring flavors, techniques, and culinary storytelling that elevate farm-fresh ingredients into exceptional dining experiences against the serene backdrop of South Caicos.
