Salterra welcomes acclaimed Caribbean chef Adrian Forte for an exclusive four-day culinary residency celebrating island heritage, farm-to-table craftsmanship, and the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean. Guests will enjoy elevated experiences that highlight local farms, fisheries, and community partners, offering a rare opportunity to engage with one of the region’s most dynamic culinary voices in an intimate, luxury island setting.
Friday, May 1 | Opening Night: Meet the Chef
Kick off the weekend with a sunset cocktail reception and light canapés. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Chef Forte, learn about his culinary philosophy, and preview the immersive experiences ahead. Location to be confirmed.
Saturday, May 2 | Beach Lunch & Elevated Island BBQ
From 2:00pm onwards, join an elevated beachfront BBQ, featuring Caribbean-inspired open-fire grilling, fresh-caught seafood, and vibrant market vegetables. Rum cocktails, bush iced teas, and local beverages accompany live entertainment, including steel pan and Junkanoo performances. Local students and community partners are invited to participate in this immersive culinary celebration. $75++ per guest
Sunday, May 3 | Island Adventure & Grill Lunch
Explore the island with a morning nature trail tour before a curated Grill & Raw lunch.
Embark on an exclusive boat journey to a secluded cay, where sea and fire take center stage. Guests will savor Chef Forte’s elevated interpretation of Caribbean flavors in a breathtaking al fresco setting, from fresh-grilled seafood to curated raw dishes. Enjoy Chef Forte’s reinterpretation of regional flavors in an intimate al fresco setting, complete with DJ entertainment. $275++ per guest | 40 pax max
Monday, May 4 | Brine Chef’s Tasting Experience
Conclude the residency with an eight-course tasting menu at Brine, showcasing Chef Forte’s contemporary take on Caribbean flavors. Wine available by the bottle complements this sophisticated dining experience. $249++ per guest
