Continuing the Salterra Food & Wine Experience, Chef Niven Patel invites guests into a world where meticulous sourcing and inventive cuisine converge. Owner of two flagship restaurants and a Miami pop-up, Niven cultivates much of his own produce on a two-acre farm in Homestead, Florida. From heirloom vegetables to rare South Asian ingredients, each item is chosen and harvested with care, reflecting his commitment to freshness, flavor, and culinary authenticity.

During this activation, guests will have the rare opportunity to engage with Niven’s creative process, from ingredient selection to plated perfection.
