Continuing the Salterra Food & Wine Experience, Chef Kevin Ramasawmy brings his creative vision from Montreal’s award-winning Bar George to South Caicos. Known for honoring British culinary traditions while introducing subtle Québécois nuances, Chef Kevin transforms familiar flavors into elevated, inventive dishes. Guests can expect hands-on demonstrations, intimate culinary dialogues, and tasting experiences that highlight the precision, passion, and craft behind each creation.

Kevin’s journey began in his family kitchen, inspired by early mornings cooking alongside his parents, and evolved through decades in hospitality leadership.
